I had the pleasure of working with Ann Hickey… She builds immediate relationships with people and she is the sole reason for my husband and myself making such a spontaneous purchase of our new home. It is completely out of character for us to not do comparative shopping but with Ann’s level of professionalism and attention to detail we felt very confident that we had made the right decision. Ann negotiated on our behalf, was always available (we lived in another province) to answer any questions and she directed us in a very positive manner to make the necessary decisions.

Ann is a good listener, reflective thinker and has a strong belief that people deserve the best possible service and attention to detail. It would be a pleasure to work with Ann again. We have the utmost respect for Ann and would always recommend her to anyone who is purchasing a home.

I know I wasn’t the easiest to deal with… I definitely took my time finding the home that we ended up buying, and to add to that, with all the changes happening in the market we were skeptical about even buying at this time.  Throughout the process Ann was patient, and clearly understood what was important to us.  She was up front, honest, dedicated, and made us feel confident with our purchase.  And we couldn’t be happier!  Not only did Ann negotiate a great price for our home, but she saved us even more money on my legal bill.  I had no idea about the different fee structures that could be charged with a conveyance, and Ann took the time to help me get this reduced.  Ann made the whole experience enjoyable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services.

Ann would be one of the top people on my list to call… I have been very fortunate to work with some of the best in their fields and Ann Hickey is no exception. Nothing was too much trouble… I was extremely fortunate having Ann help me find the perfect property. Her follow up, attention to detail, and ability to listen and accurately interpret my needs were very impressive to say the least. She went above and beyond to find me the perfect home for my needs at the best possible price.  She was there with me every step of the way. She works tirelessly and passionately to insure her client’s satisfaction with the deal. She is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get dirty whether it is helping her clients with packing, moving, design, talking to builders, contractors, trade people or other realtors.  Even once the sale is done, she continues to check in to insure complete satisfaction, always asking if there is anything she can do to help. Ann treats her clients like gold and every deal like an act of service rather than a transaction.
